(8.) Do not disrespect each other.
(9.) Your actions represent the squad. So don't do anything stupid, or make your self look stupid.
(10.) Do not have a name over 20 characters long (Including Squad Tag)

Jobs:

Banker (Sosuke Aizen) : The one who keeps up with all the Squad funds.

Master Farmer (Gin Ichimaru): The head farmer, also the one who commands other farmers. Farmers farm for essence and shards for the Squad.
Farmer (Spark101): Farmers farm for essence and shards for the Squad.

Shop Keeper (Kaname): The head of the shop, and the one in control of all the components and equips of the shop.

Tactician (Sosuke Aizen): The one who make strategys and battle plans.

Mission Manager (Kaname): This person is in control of all the missions. Give him or the other recommended person your mission earnings.

Missions:

This is for the whole clan:
(1) Recruit more people

Reputation:

Reputation is what you gain from doing missions. The more Rep you get the more things you get in the squad.

Reputation	Reward
500	You are eligible for squad events
1000	You can battle for a higher rank
2000	If you are a Blade or higher you can make a Team
4000	If you are a Blade you can change your weapon from Blade to something else.
8000	If you are a Blade you can not be battled for your position unless the challenger's Rep is 8000 or higher
10000	If you are a Blade you can challenge a Co. Leader for there position.

OH yeah, now this is what i am talking about, epic squad. :D..Alright ready for my first mission sir, also the Clan tag seems not to work for some reason o.o

EDIT; Yea found out our tag is one of the symbols that DON'T work in the inferno :P we gotta change it... im pretty sure Rae wouldn't mind seeing as it doesn't work

but as for the missings parts for Farmer and Shop Keeper i can take care of that lol they pretty much go hand in hand

I don't give the missions, you can pick. To get a mission just do one of the missions in the missions section, once you get all the things for the mission post here so you can meet up with the one of the required people.
You can keep doing the same missions they don't go away. So mission away :D.

Which will give him 2000 Rep.

i completed B Rank; 1 Dull Crystal: Obtain 1 Dull crystal and give it to the Mission Manager or Banker. (Worth: 700 Rep.)

And about the rep points and amount of missions a person is able to recieve should also depend on how active they are in anything involving the clan.

What I meant was if someone is only on like once a week.....then they won't be able to do very many missions, as to someone who is on often like the current members are; they will recieve more missions and rep points based on being so active
