I am currently reading the KH wiki page of the World that Never Was, and it had this to say in the Trivia Section:

Using cheat codes, if one were to use the Reaction Command against Axel in The Alley to Between, they would find themselves on the opposite side of the buildings, on an invisible floor. Below is a large, upside-down mountain that leads to a second Kingdom Hearts. One can get very close to it by dropping off the invisible floor and gliding towards it as they fall. It is likely the original design of the World that Never Was, or perhaps a stage for the unused final boss "King," that was simply hidden away on the disk.

Is there any truth to this statement??

That's a matter of opinion. Sometimes it's hard for some do it the old fashioned way, yet others may find it too easy or boring. And other players probably just want to beat the game faster. It just depends on you. Besides, didn't Ragnarok say NOT to post things like "Cheats mess up the game" or "Codes Suck" or whatever. He was pretty clear about that. You may have just skipped it though. Please don't say things like that man. It's a waste of time ( and keystrokes).
