That explains the gist of it. =) KHInsider is teaming up with FinalFantasyXIII.net and has gained exclusive Press Passes to Otakon 2008! Our very own Oathy (dressed as Aerith) will be at the event with FXN's Kyle (dressed as Genesis).

This thread is for three things:

-Any general questions or comments about the event, post here =) We'll answer
-Submit your questions to Richard Epcar. As KHInsider members, we're giving you guys the oppurtunity to submit questions to the voice actor for Xehanort and Ansem in Kingdom Hearts II! Ask away, we'll try and fit in as many questions as possible!
-Because we don't have the entire scedule locked down yet, we do not know all the voice actors we'll get to interview. You can also submit seperate "general" questions you'd liked asked to any other VAs we can nab. =)

Who did Richard Epcar voice?

I guess a couple actual questions you could ask would be:
-Did he listen to any of the voice work that Billy had done for Xehanort before he did the role?
-Has he been approached/does he know if he will be brought back for future KH games such as BBS and KH3?
-Was he aware that he was replacing another voice actor at all? (For some reason i get the impressions Richard just went in, recorded and got out and didnt ask questions o____O)
-What was he told about the character prior/during recording?

Those are just some I can think of right now =/
Congrats to KHI and the FFN though. =]

Um yea I would ask if he's been asked about posiblly doing future KH games such as maybe a BBS/ an eventual and more than likelly probable KH3 as Riku-Keyblade has said.

I basically like RK's questions. Um I am not sure who this Richard Epcar is did he do AtW when you said Ansem and oh I wonder who else you may see (any other VA's)?

Edit: And btw Oathy is kinda lucky! And also gratz on getting the passes as said by gungonX!

Richard Epcar is the man who replaced Billy Zane as the voice of Xehanort and Xehanort's Heartless.
Basically Riku's voice for 9/10 of the game.

And I actually have an event question, what other VA's do you think will be there?

Oh I see that's pretty cool so Riku's voice in KH2 and Xehanort and Xehanort's heartless "Ansem" ty for filling me in Riku-Keyblade. And yeah who else do you think will be there monkeybutt? As RK already asked!

First glance I thought the thread read "Otocon".
Damn those codecs

Though with the issue of Richard Epcar, he did an alright job but I would have much preferred Billy Zane to take another crack at Xehanorts Heartless. I say that since it continues the continuity of the series and Billy was better at it over all.

Richard only voiced Xehanort/Xehanort's Heartless and Riku when he is in Xehanort form. That's it. Just want to be clear. Here is a video of him doing Xehanort's voice (with an image of Terra...)

To set things a little more straight, he did Xehanort, as well as Riku when he is wearing a cloak.
