So what will be the point in Xehanort attacking Sora?
Clearly Xehanort needs Sora alive to be a Guardian in the final clash... so what will be his purpose for having the Heartless/Nobodies attack him this time?
Will it be similar to Xemnas' explanation in KH2FM to have Sora attacked? "If he is to die so easily, then he is of no use to us."
OR is Xehanort still trying to have him become his 13th vessel and he needs the Heartless/Nobodies to subdue him?
Honestly, what will be the point in Xehanort having ANY of the protagonists attacked if he needs all of them for the final clash???
Nomura, you better have a good explanation for this one...

Re: So what will be the point in Xehanort attacking Sora?
Well actually, when it comes down to it, Xehanort does not need the Guardians to achieve his goal. In DDD, it is stated that if the Guardians don't fight, Xehanort would target the Princesses of Heart instead. To Xehanort, either way would work. A reason Xehanort would have for attacking the protagonists would likely be to hinder them from protecting the princesses. On the other hand, I could see Xehanort not attacking them because he also would know that the Guardians would be a back-up for him. It will likely be something like the former as his reasoning.
