You revive the Great Fairy, Play tag with the Bombers to get admitted into their secret hangout, collect the moon's tear, trade it with the deku near the Clock Tower, then wait for the tower to open up at midnight on the 3rd day...and thats about it, you can dance with a scarecrow to speed up time if you don't wanna wait...

I think those were all the events...

You have to wait until Midnight on the final day to get it. I.E. When the Moon is only 5 minutes from crashing down. Go to the clocktower to get it back. You can pass the time by finding the stray fairy and learning bubble shot, then using the bubble shot to get the code to the Bomber's hideout for the Moon Tear (which you need to get to the Clock Tower). There's also a mini-game run by a Business Scrub near the fairy fountain. Get the high score for all 3 days and he gives you a piece of heart.

After agreeing to help the mask guy, you need to help the great fairy return to her regular form. You get the magic meter and the bubble blast. Then you have to burst the balloon the kid is trying to pop. You got to play hide and seek with him and his club. You CAN'T enter bulidings during this otherwise, you forfeit. after find all the kids, They will tell you a password to their "hideout". Go to the kid guarding the "hideout" tell him the pasword and go in. After being in the tunnel, you come to the Observatory. Talk to the old guy and look at Skull kid. A moon tear will fall down. Go outside the Observatory to get it. Afterward go to the clock tower and talk to the deku. trade the moon tear so you can use the deku flower. Go talk to the scarecrow to speed up time to the final day. At night, when the moon is getting ready to fall, use the deku flower to enter the clock tower. Shoot a bubble at Skull kid, get the Orcarnia of Time, watch the cutscene and then play the damn Song of Time.
