I don't know what BD is, but I liked DiZ/Ansem The Wise because he was voiced by Christopher Lee, as well. I hope they bring him back, that deep commanding voice belongs to villians, usually, though.

Seeing how DiZ/AtW effectively used Sora, Riku and Namine as nothing but pawns and actively abused Namine, all for the sake of revenge, I think it's safe to say he qualifies :\
