well my favorite all around member is Roxas of course

for the boss fights, i think Xigbar's is pretty cool. plus its one of the few fights in kh2 that gave me trouble. the Axel fights are always cool too. The cutscene fight with Roxas is pretty awesome, though i would have loved to actually have fought him!!!!

Demyx, adorable, funny, best and most fun fight. And only character I know that can pull off a mullet

Zexion, he has the ebst element, he's quiet and he's so sadistic >D
