Oh and "Thank You" by Home Made Kazoku, the term Japanese Hip-Hop sounded pretty weird at first but they changed my mind completely.

For best opening, it's a toss-up between Tank! (Bebop) and Inner Universe (GitS: SAC).

For ending, another toss-up between Bebop's (and I feel like a fag for letting the title of the song escape me as of right now), Zetsubou Billy (Death Note), and Alumina (Death Note). But eh, most ending songs suck in my opinion, these three are probably part of the only handful of decencies.
