Looks like some wierd twist on DDR...with turntables o_O
Maybe they (producers) are bringing this over to the states...it looks interesting, at least, so I wouldn't have a problem with that...

Geh... beatmania... It's an imported game me and McFluffy play- Cloud_Unchained... maybe. (and it isn't a DDR knockoff... made by Konami, most of the good DDR songs come from beatmania, and vice versa.)

They also have Guitarfreaks (also japan only) and two DDR SuperNovas. (quite plausible.)

I just hope it attracts something... If I were at e3, this is where I would be 90% of the time. (I can also watch the MGS4 trailer... being it at the Konami booth)

Seriously, though, at this point I would just about kill to get a copy of Nova...I'm really getting sick of Max 1 and 2 of DDR fame, and my Konamix disk broke a while ago. I also lack teh funds to invest in Beatmania (people keep telling me it's the shit, so sooner or later I'll cave in and buy it...just not right now), so that leave the only logical option of going down to E3 and swiping one of those arcade cabnets.
Good idea, huh?

Any news on Time Crisis 4? (my arcade won't buy the SD cab, but meh, standard TC4 will do- as the TC3 cab P2 monitor has bad color and not so responsive lightguns :<) But the chances of them getting Nova... Not so much. They would have to buy the whole cabnet, I'm assuming it'll use the Bemani PC engine (leik IIDX 9-13 HURRRR) and it's been announced that it'll use an external upgade kit that will be available in October. Bye System 573, you had a good run in DDR, but this ain't the age of Extreme anymore. But still, since DDR is VERY popular up here, I'd think they would. (now, if only we had some IIDX and Tekken 5...)
