Resident Evil 5

I've heard of an upcoming resident evil 5. Already. I've heard it coming for july but then it said that would be the release date for 2006, some believe and so do I that it will be for 2007. The only consoles talked aout so far were Xbox360 and teh Ps3. I'm very anxious and if you have heard about it, lets talk. Though what does suck, it ain't Leon, here, look at this screenshot:

Yeah i already saw a short trailer for it. Graphics look amazing! And the zombies are crazy fast this time!

I already knew it wasnt leon like 8 months ago,this info has been out for awhile now but yeah i cant wait i loved resident evil 4 i beat it like 10 times and got every single weapon its a really good game.

yeah leon is my god--anyways rumors-strong rumors say its chris or possibly carlos-and the story so far is that the characters helicopter goes down somewhere in the east (think iraq) and well...bad things happen. and also the great camera system of re-4 will be implemented as well and these zombies...my god. olympic marathon runners.

Well that can't be good, it'll probably make the game way harder, I didn't know these infos were out a long time ago, sorry. And yeah, it really sucks that Leon will not return.

yeah but you know that the crazy zombies will be evened out by like insane new button dodges like in re-4 or maybe they will simply do less damage to even them out? but anyways its set for ps3 and the 360 version might be cancelled (i can only hope- i hate x-box) and shinji mikami has stated that "it will end an important part of plot and be a MAJOR turning point in the series plot. im thinking that if it is chris that the fued between chris and wesker will be resolved---god i love wesker...he owns in re-4 mercenaries. i cried when i performed my first thrust punch and chikyo kick...they cant kill him off!

lol, yeah they'll probably take less damage to kill. Ok, once you've beaten the game, what's mercenaries mode? Since nobody is discussing on the Re4 thread, we can discuss of it here as I got a few questions.

it is a mini game that has four stages---the village the castle the waterworld and the desert type area--and you kill as many as possible in a time limit and there are time extensions and point multipliers and you can play as leon-ada-wesker-krauser-and HUNK! i love hunk-he snaps necks for the first time in re history! and if u get five stars in each level with each character you get the ultimate weapon--power on it its 99.9 and is infinite--the handcannon...regenerators? ha! dont make me laugh

wait wait...u never played the gc version? cause mercenaries was on it oo....
anyways seperate ways is ada's part of the story...like what she was doing while leon was being awesome...example--mission one is to ring the church bell...in the normal game the bell rings and they stop attacking leon...you see?
ada did it--you do what she was doing behind the scenes and find out how she secretly helped leon out..you have to to shoot the knife from krausers hand and so on...and she has her own krauser and saddler fight

Cool, is her storyline long? Probably not as long as Leon's and is it hard to get through her storyline? And no I've never play the gc version

its 5 missions--its not as long as leons..ive beaten it in one sit down..but then again im now a god at re-4 since ive been plying since the gc one came out..and its shouldnt be that hard..and u can save it too--the save file will be colored red to denote it

kk, and in seperate ways, I've seen screenshos that for Ps2, there's also Ashley's storyline, what she's doing while she's not with Leon.

no that dosent exist.
u simply play as her for one small mission in the regular game

Oh, just say a pic on google which I am trying to find of Ashley walking towards that first house that you go in, in the game
