Kit is actually really kupoing OP from what I've seen in terms of numbers. Everything he does applies the Hem passive. His ult does 100% more damage if they have five stacks of Hem on them. His aa buff also has both a movement and attack speed slow on top of the extra damage. With 5 Hem stacks, it's got a 2 second cooldown since each Hem stack reduces the cd by 1s. It also applies the Hem passive iirc.. He's got an AoE cone (think Morde) that pulls everything to him. Like, you can pull an entire team and eighty million minions if you wanted as long as they were within the cone. The passive is 25% arpen at lvl5. Motherkupoing free Last Whisper. His ult does like, 360+(1.2 bonus ad I think) in TRUE DAMAGE. Every Hem stack increases the damage of the ult by 20%.

So essentially it's like:

aa, spin, aa, pull, aa, aa buff (slow), aa, ult, ad infinitum.

Pretty much, I'm sure he's gonna be OP as shit on day 1. His ult resets on kills too. It doesn't leap over walls but if you kill someone, you can pretty much leap onto someone else to stick to them. It won't do a ton of damage the second time, but it's solid damage. Base CD of his ult is apparently 60s anyway, so it's diddlying legit as hell.

It takes the top builds on mobafire.com and displays it within the program.
It has a list box on the side with every champion name.
It is pretty much ultimate lazy mode so you don't have to open up the mobafire website and search through it.


It is made in Visual Basic 2008 on Windows XP so it may not work for all versions of windows.

i have figured out as much but i still check guides when i start playing someone new /paranoia

i'm also afraid of trying anything new for a champ, like, i've seen that AP ezreal wrecking shit but i can't bring myself to try it out

it's probably kind of hard since you wouldn't be doing a lot of damage until deathcap+lich bane and you can't even auto-attack until then so it's all skillshots
