i like chikorita, but they could've done so much more with the design of meganium, it's so fugly

In your opinion, everyone, what is the best candidate for a HM slave in HG/SS? It's a shame that they don't have Bibarel available in these games from the get-go since they were incredibly useful in D/P/Pt what with being part Water, too.
