Again, the only reason that Cloud was winning last time was because there were to many fanboys/girls that were spamming the thing with CLOUD HAS OMNISLASH or CLOUD PWND SEPHIROTH. I think that Auron has majority this time because either:

A: with all the evidence we had against Cloud, we managed to shut up some of the Cloudfanboys/girls

Illusion Sword + 2-3 Mp potions (can't remember what they're called in the game) + Drunken Burst= Instant Wins

Oh, something I was wondering about. When Jaster went all Star King during the Beast SeeD fight, I noticed his stats (or anything) didn't change. At all. But I was reading this FAQ that said you're buffed up, with better weapons. So, what happened when you fought him? :v

Also, I was disappointed when Gale doesn't join your party. He was so... not lame.

Nothing happens at all thought you get slight stronger and faster.

I was mad that you didn't see Gale for the rest of the game.

Auron would win, that's a fact. Why? Because with all the Materia in the world, Cloud cannot send. Auron is already dead, so how would he recieve a defeating death from Cloud? It's impossible, therefore, Auron would win hands down.
