All of them are good at what they do. And most of them have crazy powers of sort(if you want to count jack's magic sword, sure)

Well, it's not demon eyes you should worry about, but more like his other half(LOLSPOILERS)

If demon eye's other half takes over, I'd have to give it to Kyo.

Also, isn't amidamaru kinda dead?

Never stopped him Before.

And I called him Demon Eyes to indicate which personality it is.

If it's spirit Amidamaru then he can become giant, but if it's human Amidamaru then I give it to Kyo. He has an attack that keeps coming back stronger and stronger until it kills you. His last attack is just oh my god. Kyo ftw!

Ah, but don't forget that Amidamaru has the Shockwave Buddhagiri, a long range attack. Amidamaru can simply keep his distance and shockwave slash his enemy.

And the Hitokiri Battousai has Hiten Mitsurugi-ryu. A style created to take on multiple foes at once.

You paint him to be the strongest of the four. See, the problem of being the strongest so obviously is that you are basically painting a target on your chest in a fight like this. Since you pose the greatest threat, you are the one who is to be taken out first. It goes from:

Samurai Jack Vs. Amidamaru Vs. Hitokiri Battousai Vs. Demon Eyes Kyo

to:

Samurai Jack
Amidamaru Vs. Demon Eyes Kyo
Hitokiri Battousai

Suzaku (朱雀): A technique that embodies the legendary red phoenix. Its speed is incredible, as is the power of its flames, and like the legend of the phoenix, can revive itself from its own destruction. When Kyo temporarily returned to his true body while fighting Oda Nobunaga (who was on Nozumo's body), he was able to summon Suzaku in its true form; its features were more elaborate and defined, and the destructive power of its flames was also increased, so much that it overwhelmed not only Nobunaga's Tenma Shiryou Ranma technique, but also the regenerative abilities provided by Nozumo's body.
Finishing Quote: You felt it too didn't you? The Suzaku's breath

Byakko (白虎): A white tiger that tears an opponent apart with its claws. A superior technique to Suzaku; as a result, the difficulty of execution and the subsequent stress on Kyo are also greater. If the first "claw" misses, the opponent is dragged in by its other "claw" and ripped apart by its "fangs".
Finishing Quote: Can you feel the claw of the white tiger?

Genbu (玄武): A black tortoise entwined with serpents; is both an offensive and defensive technique. Genbu's shell protects Kyo from an opponent's attack, while the serpents bind and destroy the opponent. It is capable of blocking any attack, barring the Kouryu.
Finishing Quote: You've been captured by the hand of Genbu

Seiryu (青龙): More than a dozen Mizuchi are projected toward an opponent and surround him, eventually merging to create an immobilizing and destructive whirlwind that pulls the opponent into the heavens where the waiting Kyo (in the form of the legendary blue dragon) descends to deliver the final blow.
Finishing Quote: Can you feel the anger of Dragon King?

Shishin Douji Hatsudou (Four Gods Simultaneous Attack): As the name implies, the Four Gods are summoned simultaneously to attack the enemy. Although powerful in its own right, its merely a precursor to something even greater...
Kouryu/ (终极奥义:黄龙): When all of the Four Gods are summoned to attack the opponent simultaneously, this action brings forth the final and most powerful beast god. While Kyo was in Kyoshiro's body, it often took the form a huge, golden, focused blast of wind of seemingly limitless destructive power, descending from the heavens to strike at the enemy. When Kyo returned to his original and more powerful body, he was able to summon the golden wind in its true form, the heavenly dragon Kouryu. Finally, when Kyo evolved into the True Crimson King, his increased power gave him the ability to summon three Kouryu simultaneously, much like the Former Crimson King. In addition, the initial summoning of the Four Gods allows the wielder to use their abilities in conjunction with Kouryu for greater results.

These are Kyo's most advanced techniques. Hitokiri Battousai, Samurai Jack, and Amidamaru stands no chance of surviving. Besides that, speed always seems to be crucial with skill in these fights. Seeing as samurai that are even faster then bullets can't touch Kyo, I doubt they will be able to touch the Battousai can see the trajectory of a bullet and is barely fast enough toprotect himself. Kyo can cut the bullet in half and kill the gunman in a second. Also Kyo's sword can cut through steel and metal easily.

All of them can cut through metal. And only the Battousai has ever cut through a canon ball fired at him.

Battousai move list:
Dou Ryu Sen (Ground Dragon Flash) -- The user slashes the ground with god-like strength; whatever is on the ground becomes a projectile and hits the opponent.

Ryu Tsui Sen (Dragon Mallot Flash) -- down to slash the opponent with one stroke.

Ryu Tsui Sen Zan -- it's just like the orignal move but instead the sowrd is pointing down to pierce the opponent.

Ryu Sou Sen (Dragon Rising Flash) -- The user randomly slashes his opponent in every vital point with great speed. It is ideal for opponents who have great stamina.

Sou Ryu Sen (Twin Dragon Flash) -- The user uses both his sword and his sheath to do this move. He starts with the battou stance and lets the opponent strike first. At the last second, he draws his sword out to hit the opponent. If the opponent somehow manages to dodge the first attack, he follows through with his sheath.

Sou Ryu Sen Igazuchi (Twin Dragon Flash Lightning) -- It is a variation of the original; the user leads with the sheath and then the sword follows.

Ryu Kan Sen (Dragon Wind Up Flash) -- The user counters the opponent's attacks by using their own momentum against them. He dodges the opponent's attack, turns around, and hits the opponent on the back.

Ryu Kan Sen Tsumuji (Drangon Wind Up Flash Hair Spin) -- It is like the Ryu Kan Sen except that this one is not a counter attack. instead, he charges at the opponent with his god-like speed and hits them on the back of the neck where they least expect it.

Ryu Sho Sen (Dragon Rising Flash) -- This is the opposite of the Ryu Tsui Sen. Instead of coming down, he jumps up and hits the opponent on the jaw with his sword.

Ryu Sou Sen Garami -- is an alternative form of Ryu Sou Sen. Instead of striking the vital points at high speed, this attacks a focused point(such as a head, torso) at high speed.

Ryu Tsui Sho Sen (Dragon Mallot Rising Flash) --This is a combination of Ryu Tsui Sen and Ryu Sho Sen. The user preforms Ryu Tsui Sen first and then follows up with Ryu Sho Sen.

Ryu Mei Ryu Sen -- The user puts the sword back into the sheath with great force. As a result, it makes a loud sound, which can damage the opponent's nerves and hearing.

Kuzu Ryu Sen (Nine Headed Dragon Flash) -- The user uses god-like speed to attack all nine vital points in one stroke. Impossible to dodge and defend.

Ouki Amakake Ryu no Hirameki (Heaven's Soaring Dragon Flash) -- This is the only move that can cancel out the Kuzu Ryu Sen. Instead of using the right leg to perform a slash, he uses the left leg to make it stronger and faster. This move can only be done by those who have a strong will to live.

Amidamaru: Only known special attack: Shinkuu Buttagiri (Shockwave Buddha Giri) and Amida-Ryuu Dai Gokoujin(Halo Blade). His swordsmanship is Self taught though, and nobody else knows what other skills he might have developed.

Samurai Jack: Although he never showed any special attacks, he has mastered multiple diciplines from all over the world, which aids him in weilding his magic evil cleaving sword to it's fullest extent.

None of these can still withstand or defeat Kyo's techniques.

Kyo has cut through musketballs and killed the gunman in a second. He's still even faster then that. His speed surpasses Battousai.

"Unmatchable" is a pretty certain word. Demon Eyes was never described as having "God Speed." And There have been cases when Kenshin has fought and countered enemies using simular techniques.

What needs to be said. It's been shown and explained plenty of times. Kyo's speed can't be beat by Kenshin or anyone else in this fight. Kenshin has never faced anyone with moves like these. They can't be defeated by Kenshin's techniques are more near normal while Kyo's branch upon the supernatural where it would take something even more to beat his techniques.
