I didn't really care for X that much, I thought it was pretty boring, but that's just me.

I voted for X, just because I would never vote for VII. I just wouldn't. X is pretty fun, too.

X all the way .-. For one, atleast it doesnt have gay main characters...the plot is better IMO.....The graphics..gameplay...everything...yeah X schools VII.

No u right but X has an annoying main character instead. well the question is about the serise and x-2 sucks loads so ill vote ffvii serise. I think the story is great and has cool characters.

7 for sure. I like 10 but I hated Yuna. Normally I could look past a character I don't like in a game if its epic but then SE goes and gives Yuna her own spin off game. Now Vincent's sucked but at least I didn't have to deal with stupid outfit crap.

Well ... Gameplay wise FFX wins because it improves on pretty much everything (some people say that the spere grid system sucked but i dont mind it) Graphics wise ... dont even have to say anything, Characters ... hmm ... Cloud>Tidus, Areith>Yuna, Rikku>Yuffie Barret>Wakka, Auron>Vincent, Cait Sith>Kihmari, Lulu=Tifa (its a draw) so i guess 7 wins, story wise ... I go with X but thats me ... Spin off wise ... 7 wins 'cause Advent Children was a better sequel than X-2 ... so guess im going with X
