As much as I love Aerith, I know that Tifa will definitely win. She's stronger than both of the others. Yuffie is a kid so she's out. Then again Aerith is part of the planet, and she's got holy to back her up. But holy is very slow, and she'd be sitting in the lifestream already by the time it starts to take effect.
