Zack had better skills than Cloud however Cloud has trained since Zack Died so on that one 0-0 They both have the same limit breaks so................................................ ..............0-0 Cloud has "Issues" and so would probably have a dream in mid battle and Zack will kill him so 1-0 I made a little chart  One point though they both use the same sword so that would give one of them an advantage depends whos got the sword
