It's the very page you see when you click on User CP. If you don't see anything, you haven't received any rep from another person. There are rep points that can be obtained individually, which are the years you've had your account on KHinsider and every 1,000 posts you make; these aren't displayed on your User CP however.

Got a question out of curiosity regarding how this stuff is counted.

My User CP says that "Latest Reputation received (14 point(s) total)", yet the Reputation-Label under my avatar says 5.

How are these related?

Rep points and reputation are two different things. Reputation lets you know how many points you can give or take away from someone.

Reputation is increased by 1 every year you're a member here, every 1,000 posts you make, and every 100 rep points you get.
