lets see if i can help. its kinda hard to explain but draw an arm. where the hands go, draw 2 lines that branch out on both ends of the arm. so it'd be like you drew the 2 lines for the arm, and on each end of that line draw a line that branches outward. hope you get what im doing. draw like a semi-circle attached to the lines you just drew, and then draw the fingers. i really hoped that helped sorry if i wasnt clear.

^The best thing I can tell you is to look at your own. :/ Just spend a day or so doing practices with them. If you're right handed, put your left hand in positions. Start easy, like just relaxed, or a fist, and then start positioning it into different patterns. The "I love you" sign, "rock out", snapping, peace, so on and so forth. Try holding things, like a ball, or a pencil, or a book. Also, draw your hand that's drawing. That is, being right handed, draw your right hand as it holds the pencil. Some people (like me) have bad habits of holding their pencil wrong, and some hold it right. It's also good practice at keeping a steady hand.

By doing this, you're practicing how to draw hands themselves by familiarizing yourself with their shape and form, and you're practicing how to draw what you see. If you want to do other poses, like holding hands and other stuff like that, I'd suggest using another person for that. Take a picture of them doing the pose, or search the internet.

Try as many poses as you can, you want to be as comfortable as possible. There's not much else we can tell you except to look at your hand and figure out the structure. Remember, the fingers have three bones, the thumb only has two. Don't forget the wrist.

I started out the shittiest person with hands, but I studied my hand for like a week, and it's gotten a lot easier.

kairigirl has very good advice. If you can't draw from your memory, use reference by using your own hands or photos online. Don't expect to be able to draw perfect hands in a day - week. Drawing takes time and practice to get good ;)

Here's a good tutorial for drawing hands. It's the method of where you start out using circles and ovals and then erase as you go into the finer details.
