Xianghua

Yes, the one and only Xianghua. I had a very hard time drawing this. It took me 4 days to finish (mainly because of school and a cold I had over the weekend).

Its a really good drawing although it could use some work on her hands which seem oddly out of order.. overall its pretty good...

Wow, nice job. I don't think I've seen you around this area a whole lot, but I have recently, I think. o-o My memory's not too good. How long have you been drawing?

She looks very good and proportionate though. The only think I can think of is maybe perspective, how it doesn't seem to quite follow the same lines and is just 2D. Like, her right shoulder, the one you don't see, seems to be too close, and I pry think this cause of her right arm and sword.

That or I just think it extremely hard to twist like that. x-x You seem to be good at figure drawing though, I really like the shading and the attempt at the pose. 9/10

And..excuse me if this isn't your character, but who is Xianghua? Is she your character, or from a game? x-x

I've been drawing for as long as I could write. So, I've been drawing for a very long time. Granted, my drawing skills have improved greatly over the past few years.

Xianghua is a character from the Soul Calibur series. Sorry for the confusion and thank you for the comments. <3

I really like it. It loks a lot like her. Did you just draw her or did you have to look at her pose for a while before you drew her?

I looked at a pic of her for a very long time before I made a ver rough sketch of what I wanted to draw. I look at it now, and I realise that I did a pretty poor job shading around her torso.

I REALLY like the details in the sketch. It's really nice. I think the head is a tad too small though. (Or maybe the body is too big?)
