I wanna know what layer, like skin, eyes, hair, highlights, ect....what order do they come go in?

How I do it is:
The very first layer that I do is the 'Line Art' once I get it cleaned up. After that, I set the setting on Multiply. Then I lock that layer so I don't accidently delete it.

But this is the order I usally put it in under the 'Line Art' layer: The Background Layer, Skin (base color) layer, Skin Shadow layer, Skin Highlight layer, Hair (base color) layer, Hair Shadow layer, Hair Highlight layer (This is opional in my opinion but you can merge both the two layers and do the highlights on that layer. ) Eye layer, Clothing layer (which be in like 4 or 5 layers depending how difficult it is), and so on. Keep stacking one on top of the other like that. But to be safe and don't delete it on accident, I when I get done with that layer, I lock it.

I hope this wasn't too difficult to read, but I think I will do a tutorial on how to color on Photoshop. (It may be easier that way to understand what I'm talking about xD )

Its a long process if you have a mouse...I really need a damn tablet.

Heheh...thanks, but I think it's best that you develop your own skills, ya? My style's really based off of Bleach's really sharp, graffeti-like technique...I'm trying to get away from that, seeing as how, well, you're often viewed as more professional and talented of a person if you have a more original style. If you want, I could point you towards some sites where the Bleach manga is hosted, you could glance over it and try copying a few pics or trying out the style. Most of all though, you have to remember, I've been fanatically drawing for the last five years (since I was eight ), so I've had a lot of time to practice and refine my art, ya?
It's really cliche, but...practice makes perfect, ya?

But atleast your style doesn't try to be on that "Wonderous Adventure of trying to be Mr. Nomura art cause he's my idol " Yes I'm trying to get away from that art style too (and slip back into my own) but I've been drawing that way since FFVIII came out x____x; So its kinda stuck... So you can say my art aims at that 'Squee' factor from fangirls.

@ Arxos- Drawing blocks are damn hard to get pass by. What helps me is listening to music and looking a random textures and bulidings. (<--Learnt that in Fashion ) Strangely it helps. Or just think of something that inspires you to draw.
