Don't start a manga yet, you still need practice.

The face is off center. The guy doesn't have eyebrows, that bugs me and non-existent eyebrows can destroy some emotions you can show with eyebrows. His eyes are dull and generic DBZ-esque. His ears aren't the same size. Hand-face ratio-wise, the sword/weapon's handle is a little small. Unless you are going for chibi, a male's shoulders are much wider than how you have drawn. His collar bones are off center. The moon and stars are poorly drawn. The whole thing needs more shading and lighting. The background is a bit too sparse for one where a background is intended.

Yes, I'm a bit critical.

like axelslegwarmer says, its really disporportioned. the colors are really plain, making it look unfinished, Sorry, but its true. You really do need practice. Dont get me wrong, i'm not saying its BAD, cause i've seen much worse, but just work on it a little more before you go on anything big, like a manga.
