Default Unknown warrior sketch

So this is my first post in the Arts section. This is a random character I created. I would like it to be coloured, but I lack the skills and knowledge to colour it on a computer. Criticism is welcome, in fact the more the better :).

i'm guessing you're not good at hands?

the arm guard looks worse than the hand would have looked by itself.

Agreed. The hands look forcefully hidden and it looks weird. The Shoulders seem fine to me, since he's standing at an angle. =/ Other then the fact that he reminds me of He- Man, great. *no i dont like He Man.* xD

EDIT: By the way, the left side of the sword handle looks a little out of place. :P

That poor t-shirt, look how much it has been stretched. xD

Yeah, the hands do look intensionally hidden. Look at some tutorials for hands, if you would like to improve. I have seen some good ones on deviant art.
I like your style, to be honest. Its cartoon-y.

I'll check them out :). I can only draw hands from a certain angle, anything else just would be disastrous. T.T Especially if they are fists.

keep your line weight in mind when drawing

the drawing would very much benefit from some kind of shading to give it more depth

it seems like you are not good at hands since they look like they are hidden, that arm on the left looks weird but other than that its fine

Oh, I went over the lines multiple times and it was shaded in. The scanner can't pick up on it though.
