I'm in a bit of a hurry here so I'll point out the biggest flaw and I'll add some extra c&c later. ;)

The biggest issue is the hair. People often tend to make the mistake of drawing hair in seperate strands. We have thousands on our head but when drawn on paper, this can lead to the hair looking clumped together, under detailed and a bit amatuerish. Drawing hair in seperate strands in an easy option but if you take the time to shade the hair in suggestive shapes, complete with understanding of shadows and highlights, you can achieve realistic looking hair with half the effort. i like the face it's really well done though is the shirt suppsed to be see though i reckon it shouln't and as luna said the hair has to look more life like

I think its very good. The hardest thing for me to draw on a face is lips and you draw them very well.

Neat job, though the shoulders are a tad bit too slender compared to the size of the head.
