I Do Not Understand (A Song by Horizon's Knight)

I made this about two years ago, and I stumbled across it today. Then, I realized their was a section for stuff like this in KHI. So, I thought I'd share it with all of you.

I do not understand why there is violence,
I do not understand why there is greed,
I do not understand why there is evil,
Why less people do good deeds.

I do understand that we live in one world,
So we must share.
I do understand that we have great potential,
So let’s all care.

Every morning when I wake up,
I hear voices crying out,
I feel other people’s pain,
I see there is always a reason to shout.

Battles to be fought with violence,
Not a situation that needs a mop,
Wars going on day through night,
When will this all stop?

I do not understand why there is violence,
I do not understand why there is greed,
I do not understand why there is evil,
Why less people do good deeds.

I do understand that we live in one world,
So we must share.
I do understand that we have great potential,
So let’s all care.

I think to myself why do we exist?
If mankind can’t get along,
Are we here to protect the Earth?
Or will the animals eat us all?

Are we just experiments or something more?
Either way why don’t we get along?
Let’s band together to fight Satan’s wrath,
If you agree with me, then let’s sing along.

Let’s do the deeds, let’s fight the bad,
Let’s resist temptation and have a blast,
Let’s save the world from Satan’s wrath,
Let’s get rid of evil and be so glad.
