the eyes are too far apart.

and it looks like you pressed way to hard on the paper with the pencil. some shading wouldn't hurt.

yea eyes are a tad bit apart and move it down a little bit so it has a bit more forehead, since shes got fringe.

apart from that i see nothing wrong.

The eyebrows aren't even and as well the eyes are too far apart.
The nose is small,and then the neck idk,it just seems odd to me.

The shape of the head looks odd, the eyes are definitely too far apart and slightly uneven, the nose is weird, the neck seems like it's too long and there's no shading at all. The hair looks kinda flat and messy, too.

Keep on practising.
