Default Artist of the Month 3 - [Voting]
Sup guys. Really sorry about the delay on this one and last one. Haven't had a chance to really tally up the votes in AotM2 since I've been doing a lot of studying, and Dan was supposed to be in charge of this month but apparently his computer broke down, and I didn't know until just recently.

Anyway, voting is the same as the last two months. Pick three, and give me the best reasons why you chose them.

6. I'm going to be playing this for some time, I just know it. The fast pace of it was what got me and how it slowed down into an almost eerie-type of tune before going back to the former. I could easily hear it being played in some video game during a battle sequence, really great.

1. This is really beautiful, the tones and shades are really nice. The line work is awesome, especially around that flower on the right. I really choose this because of how everything pops out and the little details you've included just about all over the drawing.

5. You've got pretty knowledge of working with markers (what it looks like to me), the different shades of colors aren't messy and they're neat, just one of the hard things of working with markers. The shine on the armor is nicely done too and though I didn't like the line work so much, the coloring more than made up for it.

6 - i love the accents at around 1:29/1:30.. and then after it the release..then the piano[d/] part sounded lovely. man i never thought id love listening to it so much.. xD nice ending. would love to hear the next movement/phrase/w.e rocks ur boat. damn i wish this was in kh.. xD
woah..now trying to listen to the base part.. only thing i think you should improve is making more of a base part.. like, not just so it can replicate or be part of the melody.. but like, iuno..just make an independent base line please! D: or maybe just, don't make the base line just repeat itself on one beat.. but besides that i love it!!:D i guarantee you it will make the song, or anything sound better.

1 - details.. maybe they're distracting me from the chick but it looks so detailed.. cept i think the head shape coulda looked better..i think..iuno. but i really like it.

2 - nice coloring! and, looks like ur drawing style or w/e.. [personally i don't think he's that cute though..>:] only thing wrong or w/e i think might be like..the head? and neck.. lol where's it's left arm? xD

6. I have no words to express how much I like this.

1. The details and just feeling I get when I look at it is great.

2. Shit looks professional and like it came right out of something you'd see on TV.

6. Very classy. The upbeat tempo really carries the energy through the piece along with the use of crash cymbals. I could easily see this being used in a battle scene of any sort.

1. The detail really stands out in this along with the very pretty look of the face. Everything in the picture looks very frail from the subject to the background items. The flower is very realistically drawn, and the whole piece shows a very nice combination of the realistic and stylized fits very nicely together. The only thing I'd say that draws away from the picture is the hand but practice easily makes perfect.

2. I'm digging the use of line here. The varying widths looks very nice. The sharp edges come off as very nice too. You really replicated Nomura's style nicely.

Thats why I dont get this artist of the month to be honest piting music against hand drawn art its confusing since the other thumbnails are thumbnails of the work.
