A two-time Oscar nominee for "In America" and "Blood Diamond," Hounsou has also been honored with the NAACP Image Award, National Board of Review Award, Screen Actors Guild Award, Independent Spirit Award and the 2004 ShoWest Supporting Actor of the Year.

I think it should be interesting to see how this turns out. I'm not too happy with the teaser trailer but hopefully the finished product will look much better. If that is how the animation is going to stay, then I'm not watching it :/.

Black panther is one character that I do not know too much about and honestly do not feel that motivated to pick up a comic and read about. However his character, the amount I do know, does seem a bit intriguing.

The fact that he hasn't been animated for a major role before other than in The Ultimate Avengers 2, it will be nice to see a show about him. Sure he's had cameos here and there in other shows like the Fantastic 4 and X-Men series on TV but those were just cameos.

I know there have been many Black Panthers so I kind of wonder which one they will focus on. I was thinking it would be T'Challa first because that's pretty much the only Black Panther I know about. But reading over that article above I'm guessing the first one to take up the mantle. They say they are taking the character straight from the first few issues of the comic but they also say they've made changes so who knows. Although there are some changes being made for "this generation" hopefully the story generally stays close to the comic and maybe I can learn something from it : D lol.

I liked the Black Panther in The Ultimate Avengers 2 and as far as I have heard from comic lovers, the comic is immensely underrated. So we'll see how this one turns out.

I don't care for the animation, but I enjoyed the teaser. I'm curious, because I thought the comic was pretty good. So I'll be looking forward for it to air.
