Southland is a character-driven drama that takes a raw and authentic look at the streets of Los Angeles. This show is great. I love the actors, and the characters they portray. Unfortunately, NBC will probably cancel it.

Another good episode, even without the main cop pair. Regina King is great, though. She can carry the show easily.

I always have the TV on for this, but I don't think I've ever sat and watched a whole episode. I really need to change that because what I have paid attention to is great.

I was waiting for somebody to get seriously hurt, but when nobody did I was like "oh everyone's okay". But then... the neighbor, really? D: And he was shot close range multiple times in the chest, so he's pretty much fucked.

Regina King kicks some serious ass.



I'm so glad NBC has made good choices with this show. I don't wanna wait until next season though. :[

They bleeped some on Hulu as well, though I think it was less.

Apparently NBC decided to cancel it after going "oh, this is too dark."

…after approving the scripts beforehand. Hopefully they find another network to put the show on soon.
