Yeah, he's gonna be there to "ease the transition" I suppose. It won't be the same, I just hope they focus on Carla, Turk, Dr.Cox and Elliot and wrap up their stories rather than focusing on the new Interns.

Last season was Carla's last as well, but I suppose if JD will still be around some, so will she.

Also, I heard that JD and the rest will be teaching the newbies, so I guess they may make occasional cameos.

That's what I thought too, but thinking about the whole tone of the episode, and the fact that it is the last scene with the janitor, I am leaning towards the idea of it being true.
