The infamous Recycle Bin

So, here's a question.

Is there any way to recover a file that you deleted after you empty your recycle bin?

Get back quick, plz.

No I don't think so. Once you delete it it's gone.

There is but it's difficult and requires special software. Chances are, if you've continued using your computer since though, the file is gone for good.

the file is not truely deleted in a sense. It's just overwritten.

But if you've defragmented or used the computer since. It's probably gone.

Yeah it sucks when that happens. A little over a month ago, I lost 82gigs in one night. Poof it just dissapeared. I could not get a single thing back. I was devastated.
