Continious Attack notify pop ups >_<#

Hello, there.

I have a problem. Every 5 seconds or so I get a pop up that says an attack on my machine has been blocked. Norton says the risk name is "HTTP LOP Toolbar Activity." It's attacking my "YOUR-4DACD0EA75" which i think its the video.
I've been trying soo many things like: "Spybot" since a adware (i think), Tried to find it and delete it, Full system scans in safe mode.

I thought the reason it started was because i installed my New Anti-Virus wrong or that cause i deleted IE. Which turns out its not that so i had to reinstall both again.

could you please help me.
I'm getting worried. its been about 4 days with this going.

You are to download HijackThis from here
Once it is on your computer, open it up and click "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
After doing so, a notepad file will pop up. Keep it open for now.

Head over to Spyware Info and make an account. Start a thread in the Malware Removal section.
Make a new thread and give a summary of your problem.
Head back to that notepad file. Ctrl + A. Ctrl + C to copy.
You will paste the entirety of the notepad after your summary.
Finish the thread. You will wait for someone to come. You follow their directions.
