PSP video help!!!plz!!

okay, well ive been actually been having a problem with this for a long time and im actually pretty stressed out......
ok, i have the movie to a mp4 format, have the right name for it such as ex: M4V00001, its in the right folder.....
umm anything else? well everytime i do it it say "unsupported data" (couple of time ive gotten currupted but i know why) ive check like everything like 4 times each time i did it and i have no clue why its not working.....any ideas anyone- or am i just a technotard.......plz help!!!!

Okay...you can do the following:

Get a new Memory Stick. Because plain ol' Duos have video playback issues.
Get PSPVideo9. It's free. And maybe your mp4 file isn't a compatible mp4 file.
