2 different torrents could explain it. you can't expect good download speeds when their are some thousand fellow leechers.

True but now look at it with 3 torrents.

Well here is another issue I am having. I went from d/ling at 800kb/s down to like 75kb/s in a matter of like 6 hours. What the hell happened?
Well, unless you monitor exactly what was going on for those 6 hours, we can't really say.
When the speed was at 800 kb/s, (which I assume is the combined total of all the torrents you were downloading at that moment) how consistent was it?
When you saw the 800 kb/s, did you monitor for a few minutes to see if it stayed at around 800?
If you didn't and you simply saw 800 kb/s for a split second, and decided that was you "start" speed, that could be the problem. We don't know if the 800 value was a momentarily spike or if it was due to a seeder/leecher problem.

Without monitoring, it could be any assortment of problems.
Maybe the seeders you were initially connected to dropped you, and moved on to a different batch of leechers.
If we assume your starting number of seeders was the same as your ending, that could mean that your ending amount of seeders have less bandwidth than the inital.
Without monitoring, you only know the number of people you're connected to, not if they're the same person, and consequently you don't how fast the seeders are uploading.

Then we have the leechers. They also help with your download speed. The same logic that applies with the seeders, applies to the leechers.
At the 75 kb/s mark, you might have been connected to hundreds of leechers, but they all cap their upload speed to a mere 1 kb/s.

Maybe it's not even that people aren't seeding. It could simply be your connection.
If you have Comcast, some customers have claimed to have had their connection throttled at certain time periods.
Did you take note of the time when your down speed was at 75 kb/s? Perhaps you should replicate the conditions.
Did you take note of the time when your down speed was at 420 kb/s (in the screenshot)? Perhaps you should replicate the conditions.
Perhaps you should take a speed test at the time period you believe your connection to be limited. (assuming you have Comcast)

At that time, one torrent was going at 600+ and the other at 200+.

It was at 800 to 831 kb/s for about 1 hour.

No and no. I will run a test and take note of time next time it happens. Thanks a lot SE. Rep for the help!!

Is bittorrent just like uTorrent? And if I delete the program Bittorrent, do I still keep my files?

If you have your files saved in a folder inside Bitorrent, then yes.

Thanks. Do you guys know any good places for torrents that are in English? All the animes I've downloaded have been in Japanese audio, or have english subtitles.

Also, is this illegal? Would the FBI take the time to hunt you down for downloading?

Edit: I just downloaded Outlaw Star, all the sessions, and it's only audio. What the hell! The same thing happened with my Conqueror of Shamballa! Am I doing something wrong, or was it the torrent?
