Look for some software

The title should say: Looking for some software...I can't type today

Ok so I've been searching the infinite intarwebz looking for a torrent, I find it and download it. Everything is going great until I try to boot the disk, it won't boot. I think my problem is the files used for the iso have very weird extensions and my writing software couldn't recognize it. My question is what are some good iso writing softwares that y'all use?

PowerISO is probably the best. Torrent that.
