I currently have an Acekard2 flashkart, with a 2 GB Kingstone MicroSD mem-card. I have to say that in the long run, I'm less than pleased with the card. I realize I probably manhandle the poor hand-held as a whole, but when games start slowing down, I'm more lenient to blame the hardware that actually emulates the thing than the whole DS. I hope at least that's the case. In general however, I went with Acekard2 and a 2GB mem card because I've yet to have gotten my international credit card at the time so parents had to have been called in for a favor. Now I have two international credit cards all my own, so I figured why the hell not. So. What flashkart manufacturers should I be looking into? What models for them? If I go along with this I can see myself wanting the flashkart for the GBA slot too, so what should I be looking into for that? What mem-cards should I look for? As far as I know, Kingstone are the prime choice when it comes to mem-cards for the DS, is it true, or have times changed? We're talking about a DS-Lite here. I don't see myself getting a DSi anytime soon. |

| ⎳ΣGΣNDΛRΨ | Except for less than ten compatibility issues, and a cheats database that rarely updates, my SuperCard DSOne hasn't given me any problems whatsoever. Engrish aside, SuperCard DSone |

| ⎳ΣGΣNDΛRΨ | Frankly, I want to see DSi exclusive games released and homebrew software to play both DS and DSi games, where I can chuck the games on the SD card, which could be up to 32 Gb. Which has got to be like three hundred DS games at least. But we don't have that yet. :/ |

I heard that some DS games give out bonuses if you've a certain related GBA cartridge inserted at the same time. Is it possible to emulate with flashkarts? (I imagine yes) And if so, will it be dependent on both the DS and GBA karts being of the same manufacturer? |

Perhaps check out M3 aswell. They make DS-lite and GBA karts.

From the real GBA game to the emulated DS game? Yes. The types switched, I honestly don't know, but I personally doubt it for reasons that are a bit convoluted to explain.

| Been there, destroyed that. | I have an R4 SDHC, 1 gig memory, like a 3 gig stick is only 10 bucks where I'm at. No emulation problems what so ever. I use it for a lot of shit. I recommend it. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() Level: EXP: | I'm still having trouble deciding which one to use. Which one can I find easiest on amazon or ebay and runs ds roms the best? I'd really like to be able to play roms on my ds instead of the computer, but there are so many. The CycloDS is expensive along with the M3 but the R4DS isn't as expensive along with the itouch DS but does the price difference make a difference in how well it works? I need help. |

| Been there, destroyed that. | Like I said, R4 runs amazingly smooth. It may not have some of the features others have, but it can play games, boot gba games, play music, watch movies, browse internet, play wifi.... what more do you need? And it's cheap too. And it's ridiculously easy to put games onto it. |

I've the craving for the white EZFlash and CycloDS (that does seem to be the best thing around and they do give NDS-GBA linking, seems to be the case. thanks, Muffin), but my DSLite is black. Either shrug at me or help banish this foolishness out of my system. Also, in the hopes that I'm not doing something I shouldn't. These are what I need to get, right?
