Using Dreamweaver: I need an Image viewer

I'm no web designer, but I do make my own websites.
I've been writing html in DreamWeaver, and I'm almost done.
But, my web page has a gallery in it, and I'd rather have an image viewer than have every image link to a new window (or frame).

Can anyone help me integrate an image viewer within DreamWeaver? Or point me to a tutorial of some sort?
(Preferably, one that looks similar to the one on THIS website)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but does this also mean that I have to download an application?

EDIT: I don't know how to use Flash either.
