I'm looking for free and legal software to edit, and make moving banners for my friend.
Is there even such a thing?

If so, Can I please have some good sites where I can find this?

it does, I had video on how to do it too, shit, let me see if I can find it.

EDIT: here you can check out some of these vids, I had used the second one in the list for a video.

The only thing is that I don't want to download a hole bunch of programs if I'm only going to use one.
