Need help with my pc

i have a Dell Inspiron 530 and the internet reviews repeatedly mentions that it has bluetooth capabilities. When I try to use it(or find it for that matter) I cant therefore unable to use it's bluetooth. I also cant see where it is in the front of my computer as I see a strange covering where the memory card slots and bluetooth spot should be. If you have this computer or know what I should do please reply, it will be greatly appreaciated.
