My recycling bin is gone.
I can't seem to locate it.

How did you loose it? If your desktop is really crowded try hitting R and shuffling through the matches. If that doesn't work then you can create a new one. Create a new folder and name it "Recycle.{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}" Works the same as the original recycle bin.

Is it a Vista or an XP? I had the same problem, just go to the control panel, and to the desktop settings, and it will say:
Desktop Icons:
Computer
My Documents
Recycle Bin
With checks next to them, recycle bin wont be checked. Check it, and click apply, and it should be back =D
