WTF?

Display problem. I was just browsing the forums, when my monitor display just got darker for some reason. Now, there are lines, some thick, some thin, some dark, some bright. If I bring up a window like My Computer and drag it around, the lines move with it. Uh what?

I'll post a picture if need be. I moved nothing, it just changed. Help?

Also, if I rightclick a link or picture of something, I can see through the menu.
