Technal Problem here?

So, I told my sister to make an account here, and she started to... She registered and stuff, and then the confirmation email came. Now, I'm not with her, otherwise Iwouldn't be asking for help. Anyways, she opens the email, and clicks on the link. The site opens and it gives her some error message. She closes, and goes to the email again. It keeps on giving her the same error message, something about her account not existing or soemthing.... Any help?

Make sure she is clicking the right link.
From what I remember it gives different links.
Also, the email gives instructions on what to do if the link doesn't work.

If the email actually has disappeared, have her go to this page and enter her email address. One of two things will happen. If her account exists, it will resend the activation email. If it doesn't, you'll get an error stating, "You have not entered an email address that we recognise. Please try again or contact the administrator." If that's the case, just have her re-register and she should be fine.
