Rep Power: 10 ![]() ![]() | In Photoshop, I seem to have a COMPLETELY different 'colour' than what I have in my normal computer settings. When I save anything as a PNG, it looks fine in the 'Save for Web' window, but when I actually upload it, the colours are more saturated and brighter, just a bit. I prefer PNGs because rippers can't snatch them apparently, so it's better protection instead of a JPG. I'm on a Mac and this happened after I upgraded. I think Photoshop had to be re-installed, but I dunno what the previous settings where on because that was back last year. Does anybody know how I can fix this problem? I might need to explain a bit more, but it's kind of like the Photoshop's screen's colour calibration that needs to match my own computer's. |

| Warrior of Darkness | In Photoshop, under the Edit menu, there is a choice labeled "Color Settings." While I haven't experimented with this much and can't really tell you exactly how it works (sorry), this should be the window you're looking for. Also, in Bridge (if you have a recent version of Photoshop installed), also under the Edit menu, there is a similar choice which should allow you to synchronize your color settings between any Adobe applications you have installed. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful. If you need some more information, let me know and I'll see what I can dig up. |
