Computer lock-up problem

On my personal computer, when i turn it on and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes or i start the internet up everythings fine till suddenly it locks-up and i was wondering if anyon has a clue how to resolve this issue

Have you tried adjusting your computer security settings?

Yes i have Haku but that doesn't seem to be my issue...

Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Disk Cleanup
My Computer | Right Click C:// | Properties | Disk Defragment

Run both

Restart. Post if you have more problems

ill try them but chances are it'll lock-up b4 i get to KHI but thanks... ill try when i get the chance
