'WTF?!' moments in Square-Enix games? *Spoilers.*

I don't know if there's been a thread like this, and i apologize if there is, but what were your biggest wtf moments in any Square Enix game?

*Btw, try and use spoiler boxes when necessary, for the sake of anyone still playing/not yet played that game*

Mine were (in no order) ;

1. Trying to kill a Saurian in the Estersand when I was like level 5 and dying straight away. (FF XII)

2.

 Finding out Tidus wasn't real.

3. Fighting Yizamat for like an hour then realizing i had only put a small dent in his life bar. (FFXII)

4. Vivi going mental on the airship. x3 (FF9)

5. How strong that stupid rat was (FFIII for DS. Don't know if it's there on the PS one..?)

Finding out Rinoa was a sorceress in FF8

1: Almost killed Omega Wean but somehow died in FF8.

2: constantly being killed by Overdrive Sin in FFX.

3: Tidus somehow came back to life in FFX-2.

1. FFX-2 (all of it was a huge WTF moment for me)

2. Realizing that I was beaten by a book in FFIX in Alexandra Castle.

3. Finding out about Terra's past in FFVI.

4. Finding out that the Viera I was searching for in Rabanastre for 3 weeks was right in the gambit shop the whole time and that she didn't want anything to do with me in the end and only gave me a stupid bow for find her damn soul mate. (FFXII) I was just like WHAT!!! D:<

 Finding out that Vivi had children or clone things at the end of FFIX.

X the laughing scene between Tidus and Yuna just before the highroad area.

X-2 how easy the final boss was, I was expecting more of a challenge.

VIII when you had to fight all of the Tonberry enemies just to get the king to appear then after you got to use him as a GF he was weak.

IX realizing what Garnet's real name was.

XII having both my front 3 party members and standby party members all being killed with one hit of Darkja by Zodiark (I would expect as much since alot of the battle is based on luck).

X-2 - I remember now!! The full hot spring scene. xDD And others~
VII -

Aeris died at the end of disc 1 and 

the stuff that happened

immediately before (when she left).

I was like, WUT?!

And uh...Cloud getting his brain damaged after fallin into the Lifestream. @___@
VIII - Meh....uh...er....everytime Squall and a few select characters fell into "Laguna's Past" or somethin.
IX - After Brahne died, Garnet lost the ability to go Trance. And Vivi's "kids/clones"

and Vivi "stops" at the end.

XII - haven't played yet ;__; But that, in itself, counts for WTF-moment material.
V - Galuf up and gets keeled later in the game, and Krile, who's only like, 8 yrs old and inexperienced in combat, replaces him!? I don't hate Krile or anything, but...
IV - don't remember
VI - forget
I - how I don't know what to do next after BEATING GARLAND!!! @___________@
III - How insanely hard those monsters in the Mythril Cavern were....my d00ds were BELOW lvl 10!!!
II - How it started out easy, but then got CRAZY HARD, esp. in the cave where you free those slaves or something. And it gets harder and harder and harder and harder AND HARDER!! to beat X___X

Seeing Yuna jump off an airship at the end of X-2 and not break her legs...but I guess it is FF.
Realising I had just run into Dark Bahamut in FFX, only to have Yojimbo pull out a Zanmoto first try.
The complexity of the dungeons in FFI.
Rydia's return in FFIV.
The Honeybee Inn in general *shudder*
When the World of Balance became the World of Ruin.
The people in the gym in FFVII.
Plus what everyone else has said.

Yes indeed!
I don't remember that scene too well. But what I DO remember was Squall in the torture room. Choose the choice "Just let me die" and Squall will say the torture guy's breath stinks and torture guy says, "PUNK! YOU ASKIN FER IT!!!!"

Oh yeah...I also remember how Rydia was only 7 when she fell off that boat, and when she returns, she aged TEN WHOLE YEARS and Cecil and the others haven't aged a day!!!

FFVII (as few spoilers as possible)
- Cloud crossdressing
- The tub scene in Honeybee inn + its alternate, "The #&^$* room" (don't ask lol). Either way, Cloud gets PANTIES!
- Flashback of Nibelheim. Cloud can go into Tifa's room and grab an "ORTHOPEDIC UNDERWEAR" (exaggerated for effect)
- The way the chibified ppls bounce and such. Makes me giggle xD
- Cloud can go on a date with BARRET O.O
- The fact that the character's name "Dyne" is the same name as one fo Zidane's Trance abilities from FF9 O.O
- That some of the FMVs didn't even seem close to their Advent Children renditions (i.e. Jenova in that tank, Sephiroth in the Nibelheim fire)
- The ridiculous amounts of fanservice Tif and Seph get. But hey, whatever works! (I'd have the fanservice of the latter anyday...<333) I'll describe later xD
- blah blah blah "I'll chop them off" blah blah "I'll smash them" blah blah

FFVIII:
- The "Trepies"....they scary O.O
- That crossdressing guy you meet in Dollet (after the Dollet mission). Talk to her/him, choose the choice that's grayed "Are you really a woman?" and BANG. She's really a crossdressin dude O.O
- The kid foolin while fishin in FH.
- In disc 1, some kid tries to take Squall's Gil. His mom catches him and SPANK TIEM~
- The sequence of the "Time Compression" battles, every setting went all Salvador Dali on you (places were MELTING dude)
- The fact that, in disc 4, you can't enter any towns or such. WTF?

FFIX:
- Oglopz. Nuff said.
- Brahne. Brahne, Brahne, Brahne.
- Quina is androgynous (I used to think it was a she, at one point it calls it a he, then s/he. lol wut?)
- The fact that, depite being male, Kuja has a very female build. (Does he have MAN BOOBS? lol)
- That optional book boss you fight in Alexandria Library during the "Save Garnet" timed event. I wasted soooo much time there lol....

FFII (of Dawn of Souls, haven't played PSP ver yet):
- The leveling system @_____@

How hard it was to beat Gabranth those two times, and then when he get in your party he sucks ass. WTF?

The Necrohol of Nabudis. WTF?

The whole thing about how you can't get the Zodiark Spear just because you opened the wrong chest. WTF?

That machine thing coming out of Ultima's dress. WTF?
