hmm...i cant think of anything...hey have you seen genesis do his Apocalypse attack?coz i didnt get a chance to see it(i finished him off b4 he was able to do it)

Did you mean that last act? I guess that he'll be helping the Planet instead of destroying it.

Like Genesis himself said "There are various interpretation". What follows is spoiler though.

[spoiler]Basically, the Gift of the Goddess differs following interpretation.
For Genesis, it happened to be the Lifestream because the Goddess cured his degradation.
Genesis childhood's dream was to make eat to the hero, it's to say Sephiroth, the Dumb Apples.
It's why at the hand Zack takes a Dumb Apple, eat it and gives one to Cloud and says
"Sorry that it's not the true one." By this, he meant Hojo's experiment for him and Cloud
be Sephiroth's copy, and so as Sephiroth copy, Zack and Cloud eats the Dumb Apple,
fulfilling Genesis's dream to see the hero eating the dumb apple.

As for Loveless itself, it's very complex. Basically the three brother mean Sephiroth (the hero)
Genesis (the one who is prisoner) and Angeal (the one who flies) if I remember well. Now, after this,
the three hero can change in interpretation, it can be Genesis, Weiss and Nero. Or Zack, Cloud and Genesis.
Center point is that Genesis is always at in the group, thus why he is the real incarnation of Loveless's hero.
Beside, Loveless looks like kind of a prophecy because events said in are about FF7 story under different
viewpoint.[/spoiler]
