Crisis Core : Final Fantasy VII - Page 33

Genesis is going to kick some serious a** in the next game. He is going be powerful and I want him to kill Vincent or Barret. That will really build up the tension and solidify Genesis as a real menace.

Ansd I hope the next installment is a game with Cloud as the star and Genesis as the big villain. They are trying a lot of experiments with FFVII stuff so I think the next step is a large freeroaming style game.

Ugh please no more genesis. I really wish that he had just died in CC 90% of his dialouge was just him quoting LOVELESS. Still I guess he was a good villan. Maybe now that hes not ***** wipped by the godess anymore he'll have some more things to talk about.

He's a villain you love to hate. You root for the heroes to beat him. And him killing Vincent would add to intensity.

Well...i don't much despise Genesis...I don't think of him as a bad guy that much...cuz..he's not gonna kill Vincent and(this maybe a spoiler), in FF:DoC, it was when Weiss and Nero asked him to join them, Genesis refused them, and know it says that Genesis when he said "Nothing shall forestall my return", that really meant that his return was to save or protect the world

Cloud and freinds = Shinra Hater
Genesis = Shinra Hater
Cloud and friends +Genesis = destruction, lol

Sephiroth also hates Shin-Ra and if you remember XD he didnt really "team up" with Cloud and his companions and he seemed a lot nicer before he lost his mind than Genesis was.

[spoiler]Genesis did at least seem nicer after his defeat--remember "Is it good?"
when Zack's eating the dumbapple. He seems to have mellowed out quite a bit. xD
I think it's more that Genesis is set on self-preservation and not so much on revenge
on any particular person. Although, to keep oneself alive, one WILL go to great lengths...[/spoiler]

Genesis might become one of those villains with good intentions but use god awful methods. A villain that you don't want to fight but have no choice. When he awoke in DoC, he looked like he was ready to conquer the world.

i can't believe you people are talking about that genesis...
he's just a filler in the story, take him off and the story will be the same

on another note, i was very disappointed at nomura for not putting Cid in the game
every final fantasy has to have a Cid, and FFVII's Cid is the best
so why didn't he appear in crisis core? stupid nomura

If you take genesis out of the story sure it'll be the same but then the game would have ended once you got to sephiroth and who wanted that? And the whole cid thing you are aware that at the time cid was training to become an astronaut so theres a reason for that.

The story would be different without Genesis, who would Zack be looking for in the beginning of the game? who would take in Angeal ?
Who else would finish the 3 1st class trio?
Genesis means a lot in crisis core, it makes the game interesting.
