I'd get rid of the "main" character Luneth and the Dark Cloud.

The four characters weren't personalised until the DS remake, so the nostalgia factor is near zero.

Look, I'm sorry that I had to bring this up. I just had to comment.

I'm fairly young still, and, personally, I am way more familiar with FF1-6 than FF7-9. I am very familiar with X and XII, so, whatever. I would feel more inclined to get this if it had more than two characters from FF1-FF6. But, you know, we can't always get what we want. But, I'm going to get this game anyway.

FFVI is the only FF game where the villain has actually won. It has an intense plot, with good gameplay, too. It is my second favorite FF, behind only IV. Play this, one, if you can find the time.

Well,other than Seymour,there isn't any other villain in FFX who can be a good candidate for a villain.

Yunalesca maybe?

actually, I didnt' even consider Yunalesca. that could work. I wonder if the main story mode will have "boss characters" that you can't control in regular fights. kinda like how super smash bros has master hand and stuff like that. imagine fighting Sin or any of the summons from any FF.

At least put Vincent and Weiss in there. I could really care less about Jecht being the villain from FF X. As long as it isn't Seymore, I'll be fine.

That could work,those characters would be super bosses which aren't playable,like Sephiroth's normal form is playable however his transformation into Bizarre Sephiroth,One winged Angel forms aren't playable and appear in story mode as bosses.

Well, I hope that for the bosses, it's a way similar to Sturm/Von Bolt in the Advance Wars series where it's insanely difficult to get them.

Well, Cecil could be an exception, since he's a main character, but I didn't like Kimahri that much.

Wait, isn't Kain the one who uses a lance, and Cecil the one that uses the sword? When he becomes a paladin, he gains the Sword of Legend.

I always use Cecil with an ax.

It kay. It happens a lot. I actually like Kain a bit more than Cecil, but Cecil will probably be representing FFIV. With, I would imagine, would be Golbez, as you can't really play as Zeromus. It would be awesome if you could, though.

I'm wondering: Who will represent FFVI?
I mean, Kefka as the villain, but who would be the main hero?

Youre ABSOLUTELY right about me not playing FF 1-6; I havent. Even though Im older, that was a bit before my time (I come from a family where video games were not allowed; I didnt get a game boy until I was like, 14, and I didnt get a ps2 until a few years after LOL. But Ive heard theyre epic and amazing. Ive only had the ability to play ff7 (right now) and ffx and ff: doc. and the old ffs are rare (but I will seriously consider playing the remakes!!) but no offense taken!

and my final word....

VINCENT VINCENT VINCENT VINCENT!!!......if he appears in future games or KH I will be able to die happy.
