Final Fantasy X-2

Did anyone play this game, I thought that it was good, I dont know why people dont like it though. What were your thoughts on it? The game was way too easy though.

Yes, I enjoyed Final Fantasy X-2. I thought it was different with an excellent battle system. The battles were such an improvement from FFX it was hard to believe one only came after the other.

You'll find a lot of people here who didn't like FFX-2, as a lot of them thought it was too girly or Charlie's Angels-like. Which I think is a load of crap. :\

The only thing I didn't find I enjoyed was the new-Rikku. She seemed to.. immature-up.

I liked FFX-2, the only thing that I didn't like is the minor amount of equips, other then that I loved the game.

I thought that this game was good, nothing compared to FFX though, and the battle system was a liittle annoying. It was something new which is good for Square Enix, otherwise they'd be stuck in conformity.

I thought it was alright, I liked how you were able to go anywhere in Spira at the very beginning of the game.

I didnt like it because of many reasons, being the most important one that the story of Final Fantasy X was simply ruined.

FFX ended with a bang, and FFX-2 started where FFX left off, and literally weakened the whole story of FFX, including its ending... especially its ending... xD

Other reasons:
- Places were exactly the same as in FFX. Places that were changed/adjusted, became extremely boring and ruined. The only place that changed in a good way was Kilika.
- The magical vibe of FFX was gone, replaced by a Japanese pop-culture.
- The music from the geniusses Uematsu and Hamauzu were replaced by cheesy rock songs.
- Instead of choosing characters to fight with, you were stuck with 3 girls, where 2 of them had the "annoying" part. Now all other FFs had just 1 character that was annoying (Selphie, Yuffie, Eiko, Rikku), but in FFX-2, it was Yuna and Rikku. TWO!!
- Important characters from FFX were now left in the trash, making a comeback every once in a while in the game.

Dude I loved the fact that the characters were nothing but girls. I always use them anyways =P

i liked the game, it was very cool. i havent gotten to 100% yet, but i did get the second ending where yuna and tidus reunited, it was so romantic, and the song 1000 words hit my heart hard. i just wish that there where more dress spheres and a few more types of equips.

This game was...ok, I really prefered FF X I find this entertaining like to spent my time and follow the story really >< ok some bosses were really hard I must say but the missions and stuff were a lil easy...well...um...the dressphere things were alright..but I prefer Yuna as a summoner that's when she has her powers at maximum
Anyways,...I guess I played it cos I'm an FF fan overall...but the story got a lil boring..romance bleh it's better to go killing monsters than focusing in romance but it was ok..after all..the CG scenes were beautiful XD

i realy only play the ff games for the stories, which about all of them have romance, which makes it the best part. sadly, kh didnt have much of that but still its good.
plus ffx=ffx2 where the first ones that i ever remember playing that had the words i love you, that made them some of the best games

No I didnt get to 100 percent only like 96.Lol. My favorite battle was when you have to use yuna to beat rikku and paine. They were to easy, but it was funny to see rikku always using steal, I mean yuna is gonna get it back anyways, yuna-summons her aeons, then its all over. That reminds me, fighting bahumat was cool too. and I didnt realy like 1000 words I think they should of picked a better song....like the jap version

FFX2 was average. Yuna was a real cutie in this one though. Darling attitude and very happy. If I met a girl like Yuna, I would want to marry her.

I liked it. I didn't LOVE it. I think of it just as a continuation of X. X was amazing and I really LOVE that game but X-2 just wasn't as deep. The story is pretty straight foward and has a crap ending until you at least get the second ending. It finally ends great if you get the perfect ending (which after a lot of headaches and throwing of my controller I finally got). Other than that Rikku was really annoying and I hated how sometimes it would have really retarded lines (ex. "Oh poopie" ugh I hated that line). But overall I felt like it didn't destroy the first one and was good but isn't anything special compared to the masterpiece known as X.

Thats not the a good thing..

I think Yuna became a slut/whore after FFX.. The dialog justsucked. I hated when they talked in battle, because they always said something stupid or annoying..

ehh... i see what you mean. i got a 100% too. i didn't like going to the secret cloister in bevelle and use cat nip to deal 9999 damage everytime with your gunner to kill that old guy. was fun but a little long.
