yo, has anyone found it hard beating seymour in FFX for the third time, i mean, the guys already dead, and you have to fight him again, im stuck,

Yes, it can be hard >.<

My only suggestion is to train long and hard. Which Seymour battle is this? I had trouble with the one at the icy mountains. Anyhow, strengthen your characters until they can take Seymour down with ease. Be sure to have lots of healing methods as well. (Potions, Curaga, revive, etc.)

As did I -.- It pissed me off terribly. Just train a little more and if it's the dead form, shouldn't a healing spell or potion be significant, as well as a phoenix down?

Are you talking about the battle inside of Sin? The one where Seymour uses the weird element wheel thing? Because there were a few tricks that I used for that battle:
A) Use "null-blaze, null-shock, etc." on everyone when you get the chance.
B) Use Lulu's overdrive with the opposing element of the one that Seymour has at that time. (if you know your Mixes, Rikku can be good for this, as well)
C) Use Aeons. If Seymour is using ice, summon Shiva. This way, his attacks will heal her. Be sure not to use the elemental attacks, though, because that will heal him.
D) When you get your Aeon up to its overdrive, dismiss it and use it with the opposing element (save Shiva's overdrive for when Seymour's using fire).

Hope that helps. Though, if you're not at that battle, I can't imagine it would. XD
You can always level up.

Wow...I'd amagine everyone that played this game has already beaten it.

well anyways if you're fighting the third seymore then you probably can go to other chars gids right? If so obtain as much HP as possible. When I fought the 4th seymore I was already in the 9000s. And keep auron in the fight he'll sometimes make an excellent scapegoat...and his breaks are useful also. And defense is underrated so make sure that you combine you defensive items to the fullest.

Also the one upon the mountain has an attack that countsdown and will literally cut the hell out of your HP. So do what Zan suggests.

if this is seymour flux on mount gagazet then your in for a rough ride i hate this one it took me like 35 tries for this but it is defeatable

get all of your characters to overdrive and also get lulu to do bio that really really helps

that's how i got throught it anyway but keep trying and mute it when the scene comes on before it i had that scene on the brain for weeks and it's annoying you can't skip it :(

All you have to do is gat all of your aeons special abilities to their MAX and use them. You have to do this right away before he banishes them.

Its best to only use your aeons when they are in Overdrive because they only get one chance after that Seymour will kill them instantly.
